If your activity, workload or responsibilities change, we discuss the package and agree any fee adjustment before the change takes effect.

How we start working together
We discuss your operations, records, team and information needs. We review the accounting position, including any unclosed periods, then agree the package and monthly fee. We arrange the handover, access rights and working calendar before the engagement begins.
Records we prepare for the handover
A description of your company is enough for the first conversation. Detailed records are shared later through an agreed channel, once we have defined the required documents.
