Guide / Fees and scope

What does a monthly accounting fee cover?

At Plain Plan, outsourced accounting starts at EUR 250 per month, with one invoice for the agreed package. Here is what shapes the price and how to compare proposals by the services and value you receive.

The retainer is based on a workload

A useful proposal explains the assumptions behind its fee. These may include monthly documents, bank transactions, staff and international operations. This helps you recognise changes that may require a revised scope.

How the Plain Plan package works

Outsourced accounting starts at EUR 250 per month. The final fee reflects your operations, transaction volume, employees and reporting needs. We confirm the package and cost before starting the engagement.

Every service in the package agreed for your company is included in the monthly fee. You know the cost, responsibilities and information you will receive from the start. Services already included in your package do not generate extra invoices.

If your activity, workload or responsibilities change, we discuss the package and agree any fee adjustment before the change takes effect.

Payroll and group reporting

A company with different employment arrangements or head-office reporting may need additional work. Format, language, deadlines and the input supplied by the client all influence the effort involved.

Preparing your request

Share a realistic estimate and mention any incomplete periods. Compare the fee with deliverables and responsibilities as well as transaction volume.

  • ✓Estimated monthly volume
  • ✓Employee numbers
  • ✓VAT status and international activities
  • ✓Reports and internal deadlines

Quality you can confidently recommend

Quality accounting takes time, care and an understanding of your business. You may find significantly cheaper offers. Our aim is to coordinate the whole process — bookkeeping, reporting and advice — and build a working relationship you are confident recommending to your business partners.

This guide provides general orientation. A transaction’s treatment is established after reviewing its records and applicable rules.
