Describe the transaction, period and decision you need to make. For the analysis, we may request contracts, invoices or statements through an agreed channel. The initial enquiry only needs a description, without sensitive documents.
Remote consultations or meetings in Chișinău
We agree the format and language: English, Romanian or Russian. After reviewing the information, we explain the findings and next steps. If records are missing, we identify what is needed.
A defined scope and fee
We confirm the issue, workload, response format and fee. Tax questions, foreign law and historical bookkeeping clean-up require an appropriately defined engagement.
